| Labor reporting is handled on individual
worker, multiple worker and work group level
if applicable. In addition to the classic
FDC operator feedback,TASC also supports the collection of operation
feedback directly via the Machine Monitor
or Man Machine Interface stations. In this
case no manual feedback is necessary because
the data are automatically filtered out of
the data stream provided by the machine control.
This provides the most accurate and timely
feedback possible. |
|
| The FDC functions can also be emulated on
a industrial PC, operating at the machine
control level. |
|
| Therefore the machine operators do not have
to use different user interfaces for data
entry and machine control. The MMI workstations operate on Windows2000/NT or Linux and are connected via LAN to theTASC server for online data access. |
