TASC software is based on the latest state-of-the-art technologies and is complying with industry standards as they become available.

TASC works in a multi-tiered distribution scheme to optimize the performance, scalability, extendibility and user interaction of the applications.

TASC uses the ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) standard interfaces to access and manipulate data in SQL compliant database management systems. Therefore, TASC supports Linux™ and Windows 2000/NT™ / Windows networks including SQL Server™ and Informix SE™ /Online as backend servers and a RDBMS as a local database engine on workstations.

The optional TASC-API offers a component object oriented interface to the TASC database that can be used by any client application supporting COM (Component Object Model) to access the TASC database in a secure consistent and easy to use manner.

The unique internal workflow guidance system leads the user to all-important events that require immediate action.

The extensive use of context menus and drag-and drop functions further optimize the superior usability of the system and make even sporadic users feel comfortable at once.
