With mTASC the mobile Application module of the TASC Solution, key employees in maintenance, production planning and production supervisor functions, always have access to important enterprise data while on the move. Alert Notifications will be displayed automatically and can be handled right on the spot.

Data locally stored on the PDA in a relational Database Management System (RDBMS) is automatically synchronised with the host database. So changes to the database are dynamically applied in both directions.
Communication with the host systems and HMI stations are wireless while on the premises. In case of a connection failure the messaging system guarantees a once and only once message delivery as soon as a connection is re-established.

While not connected, applications are still available working on the local RDBMS and transaction processing in On- or Offline mode is totally transparent to the user.

mTASC is fully Java ^(TM) based using the J2ME standard and HTTP protocol for communication with the Servers and can therefore be used within or outside of firewalls. mTASC supports all major PDA platforms including PalmOS ^(TM) and WindowsCE ^(TM) PocketPC ^(TM) based platforms.
